Evening Folk's, Get ready old man winter is coming your way. We have 4-5 inches right now and it isn't suppose to stop until Saturday afternoon.

It's funny, Blair Park in High Point was the first course I ever played on. But Holly Ridge was the first real Course I ever played on. I love that course and everything about it. I live in Tennessee now and don't get to come over there much anymore. But if I get close I will be there to play.

I played it several years ago and it wasn't too bad. I heard that they had done some renovations so we played it again and I really enjoyed it. It had been long enough between rounds that I really didn't remember much from the first one but enjoyed the second one quite a bit. Staff is great, conditions were great, and the layout was fun and asthetically pleasing. I would recommend it.

I've played Cleghorn Plantation twice now. Second time was on a Thursday; couldn't believe it included lunch! :-) 18th green is covered with tarps to protect it after 4 p.m. So be sure to finish by then!

No doubt, Mill Creek is a fun and well maintained course with quite a bit of wildlife. We see deer and or wild turkeys almost every time we play.

Living in Va, but grew up in Chapel Hill area. Back to playing golf this year after 25 year absence. Love to play Mill Creek CC in Mebane. Have seen all the wildlife on front side and beautiful homes on back side. Great tribute to Payne Stewart in club house. Each time I played there this summer, course in great! shape. Very friendly there also.

Tobacco Road is awesome if you play it with the right mentality. If you go in just wanting to bomb it on an open course you will hate it. If you want to hit every club in your bag you will love it!
