I love Renditions Golf. They replicate major holes from the PGA (like the TPC 17 island hole). www.renditionsgolf.com . Also, if you have an entertainment book there's a 3 for 4 coupon.

Anyone in the Columbia/Baltimore up for a round this weekend?

I played Diamond Ridge in August a few summers ago; love the layout, very hard and dry, like most courses that time of the year. Want to go again. Ever play Pine Ridge up near Towson I think it is? Great course!

I played Diamond Ridge last weekend -- very nice, but somewhat hilly and long at 6313 yds from the white tees. Next door is a sister course called Woodlands. Both courses are rated 4 stars by Golflink.com. These public courses are located off the Security Blvd exit 17 from I-695. The Starter packs the groups in very tightly on weekends, so be prepared to move out.

Hello everyone! New to the area and looking to meet people. I live in Columbia and have played Fairway Hills a couple of times. Anyone have suggestions for good courses?

I'm new to this group, so just saying Hi. Anyone playing golf this weekend? I'd like to play more often. Generally, I'm available almost every weekend. See you all around. --Mark.

Hi Robin,

I go to Olney Golf park as well; great staff and excellent facility for practice.

Hi Howard...thanks for posting the first comment!
I live in Silver Spring, just a hair shy of Olney myself. I visit the Olney Golf Park frequently. They have an excellent staff and a really fine golf coach named Dayne Bulloch.
