If you are looking for some good golf in North Alabama, try Blackberry Trial in Florence, or the Robert Trent Jones in Muscle Shoals Alabama. Both are very good courses to play. You may try Joe Wheeler State Park also. It's not on the same level as RTJ but it has some really good holes and plays harder than it looks.

Hello Everyone from Home. I grew up in Lauderdale Co in Rogersville. I now live in Fair Field Glade, TN. I still come home and play golf in North Alabama. Joe Wheeler State Park is one of my favorites. Please check out my page for some shots from FFG.

How would you rate the courses (not counting the RTJ) in Auburn-Opelika top to bottom? Will be in the area this fall and would like to play one other than RTJ.
